I highly recommend this studio - friendly staff and teachers who know what they're doing! I've been taking mat classes and sessions on the equipment for approx. 6 months and my body has changed (for real!). I have a flatter stomach and have dropped clothing size. Pros: it works, lots of classes, great teachers more

The Very Best Studio in Westchester! 4/21/2006

I've been doing pilates for the past few years and have never been to a studio with so many great teachers. My back is pain free, I have great posture now, and I always look forward to my workouts. Center for Movement is the best! Pros: great teachers, friendly atmosphere, large space more
