I am rent near Waunakee and have been here for a little while. CCL has been great to deal with and takes care of the property. A little communication goes a long way for me when I have a question or problem. They have been great with the few maintenance repairs that have been necessary. more

Promises kept 1/9/2012

A few minor things needed to be fixed after we moved in last month, and they did everything promised. The application process to rent out the place was pretty simple, and they were kind the entire time. I wish every management company was like CCL. more
