The trainers at Cathedral Oaks are the best. Jamie will kick your into gear in her weighted workout class, and you she will train your core till you beg her to stop. Jim and his wife teach my favorite yoga class on Monday and Wednesday nights. There is also masters swim, a cardio and weight room, and several tennis courts. The staff here is awesome, when you walk in the door they greet you by name. The dues are pricey, so you'll only enjoy it if you can afford it.
