I have been a customer at a few of the other shops in the area, and was referred to Casey Automotive in Streamwood- I know- you will be happy with their performance and service.

Definitely recommended 4/30/2014

Casey Automotive always does a terrific job repairing my car. Steve and his team are professional, personable, and experienced. I've been using them for several years and have never had a problem with any of their repairs. The last time that I brought my car in, they fixed my leaky coolant and I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently they got my car back to me. They always get my vehicle back running like new and they're very reasonably priced. more

Top notch service at a very reasonable rate 4/14/2014

I have recommended Casey Automotive to several friends already. The staff at the front desk are extremely professional, friendly, and personable. They make me feel very welcome whenever I come in. The mechanics are also very warm and honest. I never feel like they try to sell me unnecessary services. The level of trust that I feel with Casey Automotive keeps me coming back to their shop. I've been going to their shop for the past five years and they have really kept my vehicles in good, working order. They always have loaner cars for me to use when mine is in the shop. I've used them to replace my brake lights to performing oil changes. I'm very satisfied with the service and am definitely planning to continue using them. more

We're happy 4/10/2014

Casey Automotive did an oil change and free inspection and, so far, everything's fine. I really like the service and we've been going there all the time for the last couple of years. I really like them! more

Great service with promising results 4/8/2014

Overall in my dealings with Casey Automotive, they have left me with a positive experience and I am satisfied with the work they have done for us. We have a long-term relationship with them stemming from previous cars that we have owned and feel a sense of loyalty to the shop. They always give us great service, very thorough and detailed in their explanations regarding mechanical issues, and they even went out of their way to take care of me when they had my car in the shop and I needed a car. They gave me a free loaner car so I could get home from the shop and pick up my kids from school. Overall, we trust everything they have to say and feel like the prices they charge are fair. I will continue to use them going forward and would recommend them to anybody else in need of a dependable mechanic in the local area. Casey Automotive gets the job done! Melissa R. more

Honest, Upfront (no hidden fees), Courteous, Reliable 1/10/2014

I can't say enough good things about Casey Automotive. They won me over with the service they provide for me! I have never had a problem with Casey Automotive. I have been there many times and am always ecstatic at the service. They call to let me know my car is ready usually before the time they tell me. I am in walking distance, so I drop my car off and go home. They even offer to drive me home! They are great! They even know what they are doing (lol)! I have more work needed on my car and will not hesitate to go there. I will not even consider going anywhere else. more

Casey Automotive has done oil changes, brake work, and quite a few other things for a number of years. Always have a fair price, work efficiently and professionally. It's just a very good place to have your car done. more

Unsurpassed customer service/Quality Repair. 12/6/2013

My car (2001 Toyota Corolla) was almost dead. Complete brake work was needed. Went to Casey Automotive and they performed an excellent unmatched quality work. They recommended me only what was needed unlike other car service vendors who would recommend the work which is not needed. Great price, great work by Casey,.. more

Good service 11/26/2013

My wife and I both take our cars over to Casey Automotive pretty regularly. We use them quite a bit. They are very helpful with their recommendations for what they think should be done. But they are not pushy. They don't push the repairs on you. They let you know what they think and then let you make your decision. It's not a high pressure sale. I've been using them for the past two or three years, but my wife has been using them for at least the last eight years. I continue to use them because they aren't pushy. Their service is reasonably priced. I feel like they're honest, and I trust them. more

We've been a customer of Casey Automotive's for twelve or thirteen years and they've taken care of all of our vehicles. We trust them thoroughly. When they tell us something's wrong, we believe them and get it fixed. It's so important to use to be able to trust our mechanic. We have a good relationship with them. more

Everybody at Casey Automotive is so nice when you get there. They tell you when the car is going to be ready, and they deliver on what they say. This was my third or fourth trip. I don't plan on going anywhere else! I'm actually going back this week for a new alternator. more

I trust Casey Automotive implicitly with all of my cars. When you deal with people who are honest with you and don't say you need to spend money on this, this, and this, those people can come up with creative solutions that are more economically sound. The technicians and the managers at Casey are all thoroughly engaged. You feel that they have your best interest at heart. more

Excellent Service! 9/16/2013

I had my first experience this past Saturday with Casey's, and I was very impressed with the service, the costs and the repairs to my car. Everything was explained up front, including the costs, along with some suggested maintenance, but no pressure to go along with their suggestions. I asked them to take care of the maintenance along with the repairs, and was very pleased with the cost. She runs like a dream! Thanks Casey's! I'll definitely be back! more

Excellent Team - Nice work 9/15/2013

I have been Casey for couple of times. I found Ole (Manager at Casey) and Paul (Mechanic) are wonderful persons. They have done brake work, engine work and battery replacement on my car. I must say its been a nice experience so far. more
