I have been a customer at a few of the other shops in the area, and was referred to Casey Automotive in Streamwood- I know- you will be happy with their performance and service.

I've been going to Casey Automotive for about ten years and they've done pretty much everything for me. I've never had a problem with them. They've always been great in explaining in detail what the problem is. I've recommended them to a number of my friends. more

My powertrain 8/25/2013

I had my trasmission replaced two years ago and just recently had my engine replaced on the same 2004 GMC Envoy. I have nothing but great things to say to all of my friends and family about Caseys Automotive. I have always delt with Ole and he makes sure that if i need a car while my truck is being serviced that one is available to me.Ole also makes sure that I am happy. I trust Caseys 100%. more

I like their service! 7/31/2013

I haven't had any real problems with Casey Automotive! One time they put new brakes on and accidentally turned the brake line upside down, but they told me about it right away and replaced it just fine! more

The only place I'll go 7/17/2013

This is the only place I'll take my cars. The team is outstanding, especially Ollie. I never feel pressured or am made to feel like I'm paying for service that I don't need. If necessary, they give me the list of all service recommended and then take care of what I pick to have done. First class place. more

I've been going to the same shop since the 80's. I am extremely happy with the work they've done on all our cars. I've taken my cars, my wife's cars, and my son's cars to them. more

I have used Casey for the last 15 years to service over 6 vehicles spanning over multiple brands. They are honest, dependable and I have never had a poor experience. In fact, I have never felt the need to compare with any other shops or even my dealer as i know i will get the most reliable service at a fair price. more

Fair treatment, nice atmosphere 7/8/2013

Casey Automotive is a great company. Since they have remodeled it is a bit more roomy and the waiting room is nice. They are up-front about what needs to be done this time versus what can be done later on. They take me seriously and are kind when they deal with me. They treat men and women equal, which I appreciate as a woman who sometimes feels taken advantage of because I don't understand car maintenance. Equal treatment car service with good working knowledge! more

Honest service, they pick up my car from my house for me! 6/17/2013

Casey Auto has gone out of the way for me because my wife and I are on disability. They have the guys come to our house and pick up my car and take it back up to us when they are finished. They describe problems for me, they make sure everything is taken care of, and they take full responsibility for any mistakes. I have 100 trust in them and they stop me from doing things that I thought needed work-they don't let me waste money or efforts. Richard Peters more

They go the extra mile while saving you money 6/12/2013

Casey Automotive works with you, they are efficient, and they follow up. They go the extra mile for you and they have no problem providing me with a loaner car when I need it and they seem to go out of their way to help the consumer as far as cost wise while still providing quality work. I have been using them 4 years for all 3 of my vehicles and I will continue using them with this great quality of service! more

Been using for several years 6/10/2013

I have had good and bad experiences with Casey Automotive (mainly good), but Casey Auto is always willing to go above and beyond to correct errors. Whether that means paying for towing, or throw in free brakes, at that location they are very willing and awesome to work with us. They help with getting loaner cars and my dad takes all 5 of our cars for the past several years. more

Casey Automotive offers great service. The service writer always treats me well and they are a very honest company. I have been going to them easily 10 years, bringing in 4 of my own vehicles (but my family members bring in all of their cars too). I can't say enough good things about the people at Casey Auto. more

The place for anyone concerned about truth and integrity of service. 4/1/2013

Casey Automotive went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with the service. They do extra to make sure their customers are happy. I would strongly say that for anybody concerned about truth and the quality of service, they're the place. You don't have to be concerned about honesty and integrity going there. more

Not my first excellent experience at Casey Streamwood! 2/25/2013

Guys, great job once again. With the new bearing, the old grey mare runs totally quiet now. Even better, that oil warning light has not returned either. ...And I heartily recommend them too! Wonderful job. Today Streamwood, tomorrow the world! more

Reliable work 2/11/2013

There were no problems whatsoever with Casey Automotive. I used them to replace a timing belt and water pump replaced as well as regular maintenance. The estimate was accurate and the work was done in a timely manner. more
