Cascade Collision Repair

I live up in West Jordan which is about 25 miles from the nearest shop Cascade has in Lehi. A few years ago I had a trailer go hit me causing severe frame damage to my 1994 dodge ram. I had it towed to their shop and they did an amazing repair. How do I know they did an amazing job? I worked in the Auto body industry for several years at a different shop. I was able to scrutinize the repair with an eye of knowledge. I have since had a 2007 Chevy that needed some rocker panel repair. Sure I could have taken it to several shops nearer to my location but I know that I would not get the same professional results as well as the best customer service. Even if you don't live in Utah county it would be worth the extra miles to get to them. After all, you will be putting all the miles on you car after the repair so you want it done right! This business is hands down the best run that I have seen! So it is worth going the extra miles to make sure your happy. They will for you! more

They rock!! The car was so damaged, I knew it would never be the same.But, they proved me wrong! My car looks and drives amazingly. I cannot find a single thing wrong! They made it such an easy process. I appreciated the update phone calls to let me know the progress and when I could expect it completed. They handled all the insurance issues. Everyone was so nice and professional. Events like this are usually a hassle on every level, but I can say that was not true in my case. It was so effortless, I still can't believe it. Cascade collision in Lehi gave me by far the best customer sevice I have ever seen. I have had my car fixed at a few other places and received ok service and good repairs but Cascade had GREAT service and GREAT repairs. Everyone there was so nice!! I will never go anywhere else! short version - got hit, was referred by a friend to go in... my car started leaking gas from the accident when I filling the tank. They marked it down on their estimate to look at. They never did. After 2 months and multiple dealings with them... they couldn't figure it out asking me to come down a 5th time. Took it to a real mechanic and 45 minutes later the issue of leaking gas was solved! By a gasket that was not properly installed... by their techs. Got my car back from the 4th time of taking it in, muddy foot prints and 10 bucks missing from my glove box. If you value your time and money... RUN AWAY! IMO THEY DO NOT ACTUALLY DO WHAT THEY CLAIM! and after they got tired of dealing with me they just told the insurance company the damage wasn't accident related... Worst customer service I've ever had, and still had to take it to a real mechanic to get fixed! more

When I got into an auto accident, my insurance company recommended Cascade Collision for repairs. They did an excellent job of repairing my vehicle - I couldn't even tell that it had been in an accident from the exterior and I didn't have any problems with the way that it handled, either. They had the repairs completed within days, which is the fastest turnaround I've ever seen. They also called me on a daily basis to let me know what the progress was. They also handled all of the insurance paperwork. For car repairs that are stress free, I definitely recommend them! more
