They were super friendly when they were trying to sell me the garage doors, but as soon as I needed service they acted like I was just a pain. Remarkably rude and terrible service...

these are just some of the companys that are trying to say that they are the Rhode Island Overhead co. from Cranston and ive known Rhode Island Door for over 40 yrs theve never let us down....thes guys cars door co. should be arrested for trying to says hes \r Rhode Island Overhead Door....so now what there doing is going to there homes and upseting customers eneogh to write bad review and then the name RhodeIslandDoors name get in there and now lots of consumers read that and then the real Rhode IslandOverhead get bad exposure to some elses business practices..answer........make sure you guy call the real Rhode IslandOverhead Door Cranston RI est 1949 my name is manny oliver long time coustomer RIDoor more

Great until you need service 3/23/2009

They were super friendly when they were trying to sell me the garage doors, but as soon as I needed service they acted like I was just a pain. Remarkably rude and terrible service. Their prices seem great until you find out you're on your own once they cash the check. Pros: very friendly to make the sale Cons: the customer service is awful more
