Carpet Wholesalers installed my carpet 3 days ago and me and my wife love it! They had a terrific selection, we picked out the carpet we wanted and it was installed within 5 days. The sales staff was very helpful and the installers did a great job. Their price was significantly lower than the other two quotes we got and their customer service was way better. more

Customer Service Stinks 5/11/2011

Dont buy here. My experience with Carpet Wholesalers was not good. We went in and I gave them the measurements of my room and they said I needed a specific amount of flooring. I bought 2 remnants to cover the area but after we laid it down we only need one of them with a small piece of remnant under the refrigerator but they would not return the large piece and let us get a smaller remnant even though they had told us wrong. We had intended on buying carpet also but we will buy somewhere else. Customer service does matter especially when they have made the mistake.. more
