Worst customer service 5/27/2015

I have been shopping all over St. Louis for furniture. I have worked with a bunch of sales people over the past two weeks buying furniture for my home. I have purchased over $5000 in furniture in the past two weeks. I received the worst customer service from Carol House in Maryland Heights. The sales person keep pushing me for a down payment while I was there and then again after I called back up. I was going to buy there even though she was rude and called me the wrong name. Next thing I knew the sales person hung up me. I called back up and asked for the manager and he did even offer an apology for her. Carol House has the worst customer service - I will never shop there again. more

Wonderful furniture and service.... 4/12/2006

We buy all our furniture at Carol House - either here or the Maryland Heights store, depending upon where we happen to be shopping in St. Louis. The selection here is better than any other furniture store we have visited in St. Louis; they have fantastic financing options (typically 0% for 1 year) and an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We send all our friends and family here when they are looking for furniture - having bought our bedrooms, dining, kitchen, and living room furniture there, we are definite believers! more

Nice things 8/20/2005

Carol House's slogan is "Because you like nice things." Carol House sells pretty nice things at pretty good prices. They do have a large selection of furniture in their showrooms, and the quality varies from OK to pretty good stuff. The Valley Park store is an older building in a well worn area that is still subject to the occasional flood, which sometimes results in great savings for flood-damaged furniture. more

Carol House is a St. Louis landmark almost, it's been around for 40+ years, offering quality furniture and service! Carol House Furniture offers in-house financing, allowing anywhere between 6-12 months interest free! The selection is amazing, and the prices are fair, the furniture is quality, and the stand behind it, they will fix-it or replace it , whatever it takes to make you happy! The sales people are helpful without being intrusive. They offer free delivery if you spend over $300.00, sometimes less if they have a promotion going on! Most furniture is available for immediate delivery in a week or less! more
