DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! 5/9/2011

I ordered from this company because I had seen such great reviews on them. I ordered a St. Christopher pendant for my Godson's First Communion on the 20th of April. I received an email confirming the charge on my credit card for the pendant but never heard anything for 2 weeks of whether or not it had shipped. I called and was told to call back the next day (now 2 days before the First Communion). The lady in charge of Internet orders said she contacted the manufacturers and it would be sent out the following Tuesday. She said she would call me then to confirm that it had been sent. I never heard from her so I called Monday the 9th of May and was told that the manager would call me back about the order but I never heard so I called later that day. The rudest and most unprofessional man answered and would not let me get a word in. He kept saying ""well just give me your card information and I'll cancel the order, there's nothing I can do to help you""! I don't think I would have cancelled the order if it had not been for his attitude. I asked him what happened to be a Christian based company and he just replied with ""welp, there's nothing I can do for you, we don't have any record of your order"". Well you must have had some sort of order because you had no problem charging my card! So now not did I not have a gift to give on my Godson's Communion day...now I don't have ANYTHING to give and it's been 3 weeks! I will NEVER order from this company again. I found some great products at The Catholic Store online and it seems to be much more professional! more
