When getting out of my car, there was a woman on her cell phone facing the store smoking a cigarette. As I was walking to the door, she flicked her cigarette behind her and almost hit me. Once in the store, I realized that this same woman worked there, maybe even owns the place - no idea. There was another worker in there (male) who was very helpful to get me what I needed. In the middle of being helped, I hear the woman call out NEXT! Her whole demeanor and behavior made me disgusted with the place, I don't see myself returning. First impression = 0.
