We are very disappointed in the treatment and mistakes that were made with Compass Travel booking our cruise. First, our flight papers were given to us but I had to call Compass because the charge didn't go through on our credit card meaning the flight never got booked in the first place. 2nd, my name was wrong on all of the ship boarding documents. 3rd, they called us to pick up our transfer papers. When we got there they found out the transfers were never scheduled. 4th, they printed our luggage tags for the ship in black and white instead of orange. 5th, the shuttle from the airport to the hotel wasn't scheduled. When they did schedule it, they scheduled our pickup for 12:45 a.m. when our plane was scheduled to arrive at 12:45 p.m. The reason I found this out before hand is I called the shuttle company myself to check to make sure it was scheduled properly. Every time I called the agency, the agent who was suppose to be handling our travel arrangements left the company. Because of this, I asked Scott Knucle if he would handle our arrangements for us. I let him know all the mistakes that were being made. Instead of cooperating with me, he got extremely upset and screamed at me because of the stress he was under. As far as I knew he was the one in charge and should have been able to help me. I had to follow up with the airlines to make sure our flight was booked properly, the cruise lines to change my name so I would be able to board the ship when I got there, change the speedy shuttle pick up time, and reprint our orange luggage tickets for the ship. The cruise was to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Usually the travel agent sends a gift of some sort to the traveling party to honor them. We never received anything. On a scale of 1-10 I rate this company 0 for their skills and professionalism. I can't believe you actually sent a letter home after our cruise asking us to do a review since I had to contact everyone to change all of your many mistakes! Well here is your review! Susan
