The Capri Theatre is a locally owned, one-screen theatre in the small town of New Sharon. New Sharon is very nice for a town of its size, and the theatre is a great destination for anyone living in the surrounding area.
The prices make it a strong draw. Admission is only $1.50, and the snacks and drinks are also priced very low.
It's worth coming back because of the friendliness of the staff. Everyone is very courteous, kind, and a pleasure to deal with. The theatre is a very welcoming business as a result.
The movies shown are often, but not always, targeted at families. They usually get releases a month or two after they have hit the mainstream theatres. I enjoy going to this theatre to catch a movie I may have missed when it first came out, or to rewatch one that I really liked.
