We took both of our dogs there twice. Both times one of our dogs ended up sick. She is more prone to anxiety so this may have been a factor. It is nice to see how your dogs are interacting however we had difficulty with this feature on our smart phone and weren't able to access it. We feel that this is better than other places we have taken our dog but have reservations about usingn them again because our dog came home coughing the first time and the second time she had diarrhea for a week. Our other dog did great however I think that for the cost I would prefer some more ""people"" time for both of my dogs. They would do better with a place that makes sure that they spend time with the dogs and not just have the dogs play together. I probably won't use again because my dog was so sick the last time she came home and they didn't let me know that she wasn't well.
