If you make an appointment with them they will be ready for you. If they set a time aside for you or tell you the job will be finished at a certain time, that time is always upheld. They won't put anyone on the back burner.
California Audio also won't have any surprises on the bill. They don't come back and say that there were more circuit breakers needed than thought, and then charge you for it. Everything is part of the package, and they will do whatever it takes to take care of it.
