I was using Longs before being bought out by CVS without any problems. In the past year since CVS took over, they have changed the staff to inexperienced, untrained people and only have a couple working so the lines are very long at peak times which is why I left another CVS. Since the change every prescription has been incorrect forcing me to call managers and the corp office. They use many middle men to process their claims and they are as bad as CVS. They wipe out my insurance information and no one can fix it. Forget trying to get a Work Comp prescription filled correctly. I finally gave up today and kep the prescriptions after they couldn't fix their system again. Their auto refill doesn't work half the time and their on line site is always down. I suggest going to a smaller pharmacy if you can find them. I will never go back there again. I really miss Long's!!!!
