So it didn't qualify for a second \r $50 discount since it didn't meet the $200 sale threshold.\r However we appreciate our customers and want them to be happy.\r So as a peace offering please ...call me and I will credit your charge card $50\r Plus we want you to come back and buy your next dress from us so we will discount it an additional $50. My daughter and I walked in yesterday and an older gentleman that works there asked us if my daughter was on homecoming court and told us if she is we get $50 off any dress of $200 or more, which she is. We found a dress that was marked down from $249 to $199. We went to the register to pay and I asked him about the $50 off he mentioned when we came in and he said it was already taken off of the dress when it went from $249 to $199. I advised him that was not what he had offered us when we came in and then he proceeds to say ""well the dress is $199 not $200 so you don't get the discount!"" We have bought 3 dresses from this store and I assure you this is certainly the last! Since his bait and switch didn't work he wouldn't give me the discount he offered over $1!!!! more

Friendly, helpful staff who work with your budget and vision 9/12/2013

I called CC's of Rome before my visit, and Candy was very friendly and helpful to us. She asked my daughter's size, what our price range was, and what kind of styles we were looking for over the phone. By the time we got there, she already had some options ready for my daughter to try. She only showed us dresses that would fit my daughter, and if we liked something that wasn't in stock, she was willing to order it for us. She also didn't try to steer us toward more expensive dresses that were out of our budget, so we really appreciated that. Overall, it was a very nice experience. My daughter's best friend came along with us, and she ended up buying a dress for herself, too. I would recommend CC's of Rome to others because you will know what to expect before you get there, and the staff will be more than willing to help you find the perfect fit for your gown needs. more

Good service, excellent selection, good prices 9/9/2013

The lady who manages CC's of Rome was very, very helpful. We went there for a homecoming dress and looked at their selection. We then came back a second time and purchased the dress. I really liked their customer service. They were very patient about it. They have good service, excellent selection, and good prices. I would recommend CC's of Rome. more

CC's fabulous for any occasion: pageants, parties, dances. You can go there and get whatever you need! 8/23/2013

The first dress I bought from CC's of Rome was for my granddaughter. She was in the Atlanta preteen pageant and we found the perfect dress for that. Candy helped us. She was such a big help; she talked to me a lot about the dress and all. That was the first time I went there. Everyone was really nice and a lot of help and ever since then I've been going there for her dresses. My granddaughter wore another dress from CC's of Rome in a pageant were she won a North Point modeling thing. Also, last year wearing one of the dresses she won the Queen of Diamonds at her high school as a freshman. Normally seniors win that, but her dress and everything else was perfectly put together. It was a big accomplishment. The dresses are perfect for every occasion. I bought one for a cruise that was just gorgeous and I recently bought another one for my granddaughter for a dance at school. Every time we go it's perfect. We find exactly what we need. The service is great and the people are fabulous. They're so nice that I almost feel like they're family. more
