Poor communication. Stops by without speaking, then leaves. Asks for access to yard on 'this day' but shows up on 'that day'. Didnt return calls after work ""completed"". Claimed to come in, herbacide existing grass (crabgrass), add topsoil and regrade. Which appeared to have died and been covered up. However, they did not grade it properly, or roll it, and water pooled in the center of the yard. And although fescue was seeded, 80% of what appeared was the old crabgrass they ""supposedly rendered dead"". Not what I paid for.
Pros: Understood 50% of the requested work and did that.
Cons: Did not deliver on many levels.
