Excellent! 12/29/2014

I've been using Busha Motors LLC for over 7 years and Jim Zimmerman is the best mechanic I have ever been to. I bought my car new in the year 2000 but it still runs perfectly! Jim has made my car look so good that people actually approach me about buying it, but I have to tell them that it is not for sale. The prices are really fair, and Jim works with you to make sure that you can afford them. One time, I took my car to another mechanic and they messed up my oil intake valve and Jim took my car in, fixed the problem, and told me everything that they had done wrong. He's just the nicest man ever. I tell all my friends to go to Busha Motors if they are having a problem with their car; he's just too good to pass up. more

Dissatisfied and will not return. 11/25/2014

This was not my first time using Busha Motors; other times they did satisfactory. However, I brought my car for a break repair and barring replacement, and when they called to pick up the car, the pedal went down to the floor. They took the car in again and it took them two days to fix the problem. The were incapable of repairing my vehicle to the standard of my expectations. more

Worth the drive 11/21/2014

The staff at Busha Motors are very nice. They are willing to accommodate me, and provide transportation services when my car is in the shop for more than a couple of hours. I actually drive forty miles from where I live to take my car there, because they are that good and worth the drive. The mechanics there really know what they are doing, and they are just good, experienced mechanics I can trust. I don't ever feel like they are trying to take advantage of me. It's so important to me to be able to trust my mechanic. I have confidence in their abilities with my 2006 Saturn.The mechanics there have a broad knowledge of a variety of cars and models. more

I didn't have a really big job done -- they just did some painting and brush-up on my fender. But I was happy with it! They did a good job for me and also for my son, who had been down there a year earlier, and he was happy too. more

Real good service. 10/30/2014

I've been going to Busha Motors for about three years. They've done a couple of different things for me, including brakes and a window. They always do what needs to be done, and they get on it right away. I wouldn't go back if I didn't appreciate their service. I'd highly recommend them. more

Jim at Busha Motors is a good guy and he does good work. He's a good man and a godly man. I recommend him to anybody he needs work done. I have a 2000 Jeep and he keeps it like brand new. He keeps it in such good shape that people offer to buy it from me! more

Excellent management 8/22/2014

We purchased a car from Busha Motors LLC, and Jim tried his best to help us. Unfortunately, we did have something go wrong immediately. The day after we got it, I had to return the car to get a new pressure sensor for the tires. I'd also hoped they would give us more than one key, but we had to add another on top of the purchase price. They cut that key wrong, which meant another trip to the dealership. more

Busha Motors provides real good service. I tell everyone about it because they're good all the way around. There was little trouble with seal but it was resolved and that seems to be working pretty good. more

Reliable and accommodating. 7/21/2014

My car originally came from Busha Motors, and my dad was the original owner. I own it now, and it needed some work done. I took it into a different repair shop because of their convenient location. It ended up coming out worse than when it came in. I decided it was worth the drive to take it back to Busha because I wanted the work done right. I had a feeling it would be since Jim basically worked on it before and he knew the car. The car had to stay in the shop for three hours and Jim was able to drive me to where I needed to go to do some shopping while they worked on it. It was a good experience all the way around. They were reliable and able to accommodate me. Because of the good service I got, I have no problems taking my car back to them. Even for oil changes! more

Affordable and competent service 6/27/2014

A deer hit and damaged one of the doors on my vehicle so I brought it to Busha Motors to get fixed. I've been using them for a year and they overall do a good job. This last time, there was a little bit of noise coming from the door after I got my car back but Jim corrected it and all is well. more

Overall it was a positive buying experience 6/26/2014

My experience in dealing with Busha Motors LLC has been very positive and Jim has gone above and beyond the call of duty to meet my needs and requirements being that I am handicapped in a wheelchair. I really appreciated the over-extended care, and cannot say enough about how dependable and courteous these people are. They gave me a great value for the price paid in my opinion and I will absolutely use them again in the future as needed be.
