The guys that work in the service department are great BUT, they use to accept appointments for oil changes and no longer do. Every time I take either one of our two Nissan vehicles there it is a hassle. When you call them they say no appointment needed for an oil change. Last time I was there it was a 3 hour wait, so I did the oil change elsewhere. It would be wonderful for them and the customer if they started taking appointments again. The Nissan owners manual say 30 minute oil change at your dealer. Not! more

The experience I had here was excellent, they have knowledgable, friendly salespeople and the service is outstanding. I am really impressed with the new Maxima, and the test drive was exciting! I would recommend Roger Burdick to any of my friends who are in the market for a new Nissan. They have a really large selection of new and used Nissan's and very reasonable price's. more
