COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE & MISREPESENTING! They DO NOT do what they say they will do. We spoke with them MANY times, (even the owner) we emailed MANY times, they NEVER did one single thing they said the would do. You best decision is to deal elsewhere at an auction house that conducts themselves in an honest, upfront, and business-like manner. I DO NOT recommend Burchard Galleries. Judging by the high percentage of negative reviews, we are the only ones who have had a terrible experience here. more
