Fidel is the best Bulwark Guy 10/19/2011

First off, we love Bulwark. They are very consistent and professional and have always responded immediately in case of a bug emergency! \r \r Fidel is especially good! We were having problems all summer and then found out from Fidel that part of the problem was carpenter ants. We had problems with different ants too, and earwigs and spiders. After Fidel's visit, all the problems vanished! We've been so delighted with the service. He is likeable and personable and it is very comfortable to have him visit our home. \r \r I would definitely recommend Bulwark to anyone and especially Fidel O. as a service technician. more

Great Company!! 10/14/2011

Andrew and Chris came on 10/11/11, they were both very professional and made me feel very comfortable with having two strange men in my house. They were also extremely informative on the products they were using and the results I should expect. I will definitely be referring them to my neighbors! more

Devin came out, showed his card and with his people skills was able to sell the service easily. Great technician.\r \r Andrew came out the next day and completed the work, very good service; it was thorough and fast. more

Awesome!!!! 8/16/2011

A Frendly man named Andrew came out on the 8/12 treated our home for spiders, earwigs, and wasps he did an awesome job haven't seen any nasty bugs as of that treatment!!! TTTHHHAAANNNKKK YYYOOOUUU!!!! Will refer to all I know! Andrew is a very friendly, but professional guy! I have also seen a lot of dead earwigs outside in the backyard... :) more

Awesome service and no more bugs!!!! 8/14/2011

Our service technician, Andrew was awesome. He was prompt, thorough, and friendly! He covered everything we were promised when we signed up. It was over a 100 degrees outside, and that didn't stop him from being very thorough with his service....he even knocked down 9 wasp nests that we never even knew we had! We were a bit hesitant about an indoor application that was so pet friendly that you could actually ""eat"" it, but lo and behold, we haven't noticed a bug since, and my husband even picked up a dead scorpion under our cabinet!!!! more

Great Service 7/12/2011

Samuel was very professional when he came to my house today. He came in looked around and got straight to work. \r \r He took care of all the rooms and even was courteous to those that were sleeping when he came in to do the work . \r '\r He did a great job taking care of the inside and the outside of our house. more

Excellent Service 7/11/2011

Steven worked quickly and thouroughly, explaining what he was doing along the way. He was extremely friendly and offered excellent advice. As he was treating the outside of my home, he happened to notice that my dryer vent was clogged and mentioned it to me, something he did not need to do. They offered great service and I highly recommend them. more

Excellent Pest Control 4/30/2011

I have been a customer of Bulwark for several years here in the San Antonio, TX area and in AZ. They always to a great job and keep the bugs away. My main problem is scorpions and Bulwark always does a great job at keeping them at bay, unlike other companies here I have used. Steven is a great tech, polite, knows his stuff and does a great job! We have been using Bulwark since we moved in, in Aug. and Zach has been a great help. He's a great guy, very informative, professional, and thorough. Great Company, Great Tech! 9/1/2010

We have used Bulwark for over a year now....living in a new house that backs up to a green belt , we were expecting a lot of critters. Our Tech John is great, very respectful and happy to take care of any issues we have. He always arrives promptly and with a great attitude, and we see very few critters lurking around the interior and exterior of our home. Great company and very reasonably priced for the quality of service that is given. more

Great Experience, The Second Time!!! 8/19/2010

I was very disappointed after my first appointment, the Technician was rude and seemed like I was a pest. I asked questions and he was rude two weeks later my fiance was bitten by a spider I had to take her to the ER. I was extremely disappointed with the service from the first technician The great NEWS I asked for a new technician for my second visit , this is where I met Andrew. I explained to Andrew everything that had happened from the first visit. After I explained everything to him, he went right to work and did a wonderful job! Thanks Andrew keep up the great work. more
