budget fence is an honest company ,i purchased a fence from them three years ago or so,i called the office because my gate latch wasnt opening properly and it was hard for me to get it opened,the woman on the phone was very nice ,she took my name and number and said someone would call me back,i was upset at first because i didnt get a call,but then all of a sudden i look outside and ed who origionally sold me the fence was installing a new gate latch for me in the pouring rain,i couldnt believe it who would do this nowadays? he did a great job just left his card in the door and said sorry fvor the delay..it was only two days ,so i called the office to let the woman know that i appreciated you coming out so quickly,but i was suprised ed came out to do it,she said he loves doing repairs it gives him a break from selling, if iam ever in need of another fence i will call them right away,what a nice bunch of people they have working there,they really care about elderly people.
