Service for winter tune-up 10/23/2015

Jesse B. was the service technician who did our annual tune-up on the furnace. He was very professional and detailed. Even after he finished I had an ongoing question about a vent in the bathroom and he got back on the ladder to get in the attic. He corrected the vent problem for me which I have had for months. He made recommendations for repairs but did not pressure us. He told us to think about it. more

Water Heater Issue 10/15/2015

Called Brothers Air and heat, they were here within the hour, Taft was very knowledgeable, gave great explanation of our problem, and gave us different solutions that were within our budget. Great customer service, very friendly, will be using Brothers again in the future. more

Annual System Check 10/5/2015

Great Service!! 9/29/2015

We had a plumbing emergency that required our main sewer line to be dug up and replaced. Everton provided outstanding service. He arrived on time, found the problem and advised of the necessary repairs. Everton returned the next day at 9am and had completed the repairs by 2p. Everton answered all my questions and provided just great service. If we ever have another emergency we will ask for him by name. What a great representation of Brother's Air. An excellent employee!! more

Water Heater replacement 9/28/2015

What a professional, punctual, friendly team of specialists! The estimate Shane gave us came less than an hour after our call, and the installation the next morning happened right on time. Cody and Javier went immediately to work and we had hot water again in in less than three hours. Highly recommend you call this company for your plumbing needs. more

Awesome experience 9/27/2015

Frank was so professional and knowledgible. He was thorough in doing the system tune-up and explaining what he was doing. I couldn't believe how much time he spent cleaning and fine tuning our system. He has definitely earned our business and trust. We will ask for him personally for future visits. more
