HORRIBLE 11/11/2011

HORRIBLE!!!! Just ordered from their on-line menu, coupon on site wasn't excepted, all toppings were left off the xl pizza(which btw we upsized so we could use the unusable coupon for the free medium cheese) , received luke warm and not even totally cooked, won't even eat it, maybe add some stuff out of fridge and try to rebake. The small antipasto salad was TINY, in a small side container with a single roll of some kind of meat, about a cup (I'm being generous) of chopped iceburg and a few peppers on it. $4.99! Total rip off, over $50.00 bucks spent and I'm not eating, husband and son starving so they did, said it sucked. more

Worst Customer Service 12/9/2008

This restaurant can't seem to get orders right and they don't seem to care when you call them back to advise them. Every time we call to place an order we are ALWAYS put on hold for extended periods of time and then the order is STILL wrong. We are definitely NOT ordering from this place ever again and hopefully others will follow suit so as not to be as disappointed as we have been. Cons: Can't get orders correct more

Great If You're Intoxicated On A Friday Night 7/9/2006

This place has a pretty good atmosphere and you can look directly into the kitchen to see all the action, provided you sit inside. Sitting on the Patio allows you to smoke at your leasure. The food is nothing more than mediocre though. Pizza is simply OK. The plus side is that they deliver until 4am on Friday and Saturday when everyone else is closed. The rest of the week delivery goes until 2am which is also very convienient. Convience gives this place an extra edge; Food quality brings it down. Pros: adequate parking, patio for smoking, open very late Cons: food is just ok, can be a bit noisy, management doesn't realize that the customers always right more

I'm a native NYer and this place has beat some of NY's own pizza parlors. Despite being in a place where the water is the main ingredient of any dough or pasta based meal this place has one of the tastiest meals in town. Friendly staff & ample food for a good price! Food is ok. Pizza is usually not cooked long enough, so, if you like your pizza with a crust that's not done...this is the place for you. Subs are pretty good. Management in this locale is well below satisfactory. If you are placing a delivery order...make sure you check it before the driver leaves! I ordered 20 wings...hot...extra wet and what I received were 20 wings that were plain and dry. When I called and spoke with them, the manager said that they would send me hot sauce on my next order and that was it. What kind of service is this? I'll never deal with this establishment again. BUYER BEWARE! more

Coming from up north we have been looking for good pizza for a while, and found it with Broadway. It makes me feel as though I am back in Hoboken, and I feel it is the best around. Pros: NY Style more
