On Sunday afternoon I broke a molar on popcorn. I called the Arcanum office Monday morning, was given an appointment for noon - after X-rays and an exam, the dentist told me the tooth was repairable - no need for a root canal...and he immediately went to work. I was out by 1ish with a repaired tooth! I was surprised - expected to have to return for a repair visit. more

Job well done 10/27/2011

Never had dental work before that required a numbing agent such as Novocain (or whatever anesthetic was used). Wasn't nearly as bad as everyone makes it out to be. I actually enjoy going to the dentist!! Job well done!! more

The staff has been very courteous and caring with me. I had an unpleasant experience with another dental office and refused to return. Not at Monarch! Then have made me feel like I am truly valued as a person not just a client. Thank you. more
