Their quality is unmatched, service is second to none, best value for your dollar, and most of all the integrity of that entire organization is never compromised. Responsibility and responsiveness 7/29/2013

When I called for an appointment, they immediately gave me one for that day because they had a cancellation (responsiveness). When they charged my A/C unit, one of the parts was bad and they lost all the refrigerant, which is expensive. They only charged for the broken part and the refrigerant that was charged into the system. They did not charge me for the escaped refrigerant (responsibility) I appreciated that very much more

They provide excellent service overall. They did forget to check and refill the engine fluids on my last tuneup but other than that we've been going to them for years and have been very satisfied. more

Courteous and competent service is always provided. I did have to turn down FOX News again but I suppose some like it. I do not believe that businesses should subject customers to their own political agendas...whatever they may be. I would have given 5 stars except for FOX "news". more
