Bridal House Of Charleston

I visited several boutiques but this was by far the best one! The second dress I tried on was meant to be. The prices were great and the service was impeccable. They even brought us mimosas in the dressing room! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I thought the dress cleaning fee was a bit high. Whatever you do, don't waste your time going to Jeans, that was a horrible experience. more

I have to say that the Bridal House has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I have had two friends that have used the Bridal House for their wedding parties and both experiences have been disastrous. The latest was when they failed to call any of the bridesmaids when our dresses came in. They let them all sit there for 2 MONTHS and said they left a voicemail for the bride and then never followed up. I know this is a lie bc the bride is the most organized person ever and would NEVER have let them sit there for 2 months w/out informing us. When I called them on this and told them I was upset as I needed to get it altered and they left me very little time to do so, I did not even get so much as an apology! Her response was ""We left the bride a voice mail two months ago"". I think the problem is that there are only a few bridal shops in the area and once they get your money, THEY DON'T CARE!! Go to JEAN's right down the street- they are much more helpful and know how to treat a paying customer. more
