Bridal Depot

Went in, got measured by employees and was told to get one of two choices for my measurements. Was never shown a size chart. Do not live in Houston so when I returned (paid to have them mail it to me at my home but they never did nor have they returned the $ for not doing it) and the dress did not fit me called them. They avoided the issue for the first two weeks and could remember nothing about my visit. All of a sudden it all has come back and I was the one that insisted on the size I ordered as we all looked at the size chart. This is an untruth. They will not accept responsibility for this error on their employees part and I would highly recommend never to go there. This is NOT a reputable place of business. Spend your money at a place that cares, not there! more

I thought the inside was not too bad... it was far better than Ventura's!!!!!!!!! Rose was the associate that helped me with my dress. She was very nice. The seamstress there was also very helpful. Offering ideas and taking measurements. Will most likely go back here to get my dress hemmed more

I went to the bridal mall on Saturday Aug 20,2005.The place was crowded with people.It took a while for someone to come help us and all the room to try on dreeses were full, so we looked around.When the lady named Fortunata help us she was very helpfull.She clipped the dresses because they were all to big for me.In the end I was in look with two dresses a Jamasine dress ($1200) and Impressional bridal ($659)she didnt prussure me to get the more expensive dress.She took me if I like them both the same to get the least expensive one.I got my veil ($220),tiara($130),dress($659)and petitcoat($59)=just under $1100 with tax more
