Went to the BH on Friday 9/25 with an old highschool friend and several of her friends. They are the regulars at this ""Cheers "" like bar. We had dinner which was fantastic, at the bar, and the bartender Dave is one of the best I've ever seen, Simply amazing !! The food was delicious and Giovani an excellant host. When the band started we couldn't stop rockin' ! So danced the night away. This is the most friendly, fun-lovin' place I've been to in years. If you're from EG expect to see lots of old chums. I went to have a nice dinner with a friend. The food was decent but the waitress was flaky. She kept forgetting things that we had requested. When we finished out meal she brought the ticket and I inserted my cc and she took the holder with the bill and cc and in a matter of minutes she lost my cc! They told me they were going to check the cameras to see what happened. When Giovani came back he said she had just walked a few steps and turned around towards my table so she didn't have my card. I told him then that if he saw all that then surely he saw me put the card in. I was already being told in so many words that ""I"" was trying to get a free meal. Then he tells me that the video was to dark and he couldn't see anything. Now it's to dark but it wasn't dark enough for him to see her but it was to dark for him to see me take out my card. . He was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with and noone cared that my cc was missing. By this time I was irate. This was a high limit cc and it was missing! He told me in so many words, oh well, pay your bill. He told me if I could prove from the cc company that I did indeed cancel it the very next day that he would apologize and if he found it and I quote ""he would kiss my a**""! I will never go back to this restaurant EVER!!! Not once did he apologize that the waitress lost my card and I told him the sleeve where the cc goes for the bill was torn and that it may have slipped out but he didn't want to listen nor did he care to try to find it. I did cancel my American Express Platinum and I will have them write a letter verifying it's high limit and that I did cancel it the next day. Maybe because I am a woman and hispanic that I was not treated better. Whatever the reason I will NEVER go back. Cons: The Worst Service Ever! more
