my brothers car was hit by an "insured" of this location.the agency drug its feet in assisting us, and eventually admitted the persons insurance had lapsed. State farm is a goo...

I have used Brian Thompson State Farm insurance since I moved to Louisiana and their customer service is just the best ! They are quick to take care of my needs and any issues that I have are always taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Warm, Friendly Staff 1/5/2014

I've been doing business with State Farm nearly all my life, but about 3 years ago, I switched to Brian Thomson's office due to marriage. I've been very pleased ever since. Everyone there is always so warm and helpful. Brian's team really goes out of their way to make their customers feel like family - and that's important. more
