I had an excellent experience with my recent visit to your service shop. The SA was very cordial and took all of my concerns into consideration for the days visit. I was pleased that my warranty work (water pump replacement), the induction service and the cold start issue were all taken care of in one day. more

Great overall experience 11/23/2010

Our sales person worked hard to get us a reasonable price and provided a great overall experience. We had a 3 ur old with us and he worked hard to get us out of there before his nap time. We had the whole deal done in plenty of time to get home for Logans nap. more

Willing to negotiate 11/18/2010

I thought the dealership handled a very diffult situation equitably. I had a run flat blow out on the freeway and the dealership handled all the subsequent issues in a timely manner and were willing to negotiate price on the alignment which I thought I should not have to pay for on top of buying new tires because run flats can't be repaired. more

Prompt and reliable service, friendly staff, and timely repsonses to repairs. In addition, if problems are not resolved, technicians continue to find solutions and support their work. While I have had my BMW for 20 years and it still runs like new. more

My experience with Brecht when purchasing my BMW was excellent. I highly recommend the Brecht BMW dealership. I drove from LA to Escondido to purchase my BMW because of the effort the sales staff made in finding a vehicle that matched my wants/needs. The staff at Brecht blew the LA BMW dealerships away in terms of customer service and follow up. more

I have always been impressed by the service I recieved at Brecth, it's always pretty timely and all of the associates I have delt with have been very pleasant and knowledgeable. I also like the fact that I have never felt pressured into anything, and that my car gets washed after service. more
