brazilian bronze is beautifully decorated and clean i think for that reason they jack up prices..you can go to any other tanning salon around here and get more bang for your buck, most salons have newer, more efficient beds with working bulbs, at brazilian bronze however, the beds are old, bulbs are always going out and their packages are 10 dollars+ more what other salons packages go for. My husband bought me a two month tanning gift certificate and a bottle of lotion for xmas, the first time i went in it was freezing in the store, not fun to take your clothes off in the cold, i thought it was a one time thing, but the cold continued....i will be taking my money elsewhere when my package runs out. Last August I had my first visit to the spa, everything seemed okay until I was high disappointed in the results of my spray tan the next day. I only wanted help from the manager/owner but they refused to call me back. I wrote a review, and at that time, there were no others. Now I find it funny that there are three back dated reviews raving about the customer service. Instead of making up fake reviews, these people should learn to better take care of their customers, which would in turn cause their happy customers to write honest, positive reviews. I WAS GONE FOR A FEW MONTHS AND WHEN I CAME BACK I NOTICED THEY HAD MOVED ABOUT TWO DAYS LATER I RECEIVED A CARD IN THE MAIL TELLING ME THEY HAD BUILT A NEW LOCATION AND THEY DID NOT HAVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS THAT WAS REALLY NICE. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO LOOK UP EACH ONE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS AND CONTACT THEM SOMEHOW? THAT WAS COOL. THEIR NEW STORE IS REALLY NICE. GO CHECK IT OUT THOSE GIRLS ARE SOMETHING ELSE. THE ATMOSPHERE IS AMAZING EVERYONE IS HELPFUL AND THE FIRST TIME I WALKED IN THEY GAVE ME A TOUR OF THEIR FACILITY TOLD ME ABOUT ALL OF THEIR SERVICES. THE FACILITY IS VERY NICE. THEY TAKE PRIDE IN EVERY SERVICE THEY OFFER, TANNING, WAXING, I PERSONALLY RECEIVED A FACIAL AND A MASSAGE AND BOTH GIRLS WERE PROBABLY THE BEST AROUND.
