Branson Dental

I have been a patient of dr montroy's for nearly a year but I am taking my money elsewhere because of the HORRIBLE old woman that works the front desk. I was told that I would have to wait 10 days after my insurance goes active to set an appointment after changing insurance recently. I asked "is there anything I can do? I'll call my provider and get proof if I can." After being told no, I said "that's not very patient friendly." And she responded "we don't care what you think," and hung up. Raged, I called back and was told she was the owner so there was nothing anyone can do. I'm okay with waiting but not her lack of wllingness to help or be polite to HER OWN customers. I loved dr monroy, but I won't fund that woman's business. She is obvously very bitter and angry at the world and I don't like being around that. We are all just human beings trying to make it and there shouldn't be energy wasted on negativity like that. more

Curious how most f the 20 ratings are withing 10 days of each other...as if someone intentionally tried to pad their numbers!! Horrible services...rudest receptionist ever! She actually yelled at us over the phone...When we were having insurance difficulties she actually said if we didn't want them, they didn't want us. Then her son actually called us back and attempted to yell at us again. Will be reporting them to our insurance with a request to drop as a server! more

I went to Dr. Branson for the first time recently because I had an abcess tooth. He took great care of me, and the root canal was the LEAST painful I have ever had. It was absolutely no worse than a filling. I've also never been kept waiting past my appointment time, and they have late appointments (4:00 pm), which means you don't have to miss so much work. I'm recommending him to all my co-workers. more

I am a patient at Branson Dental. Dr. Branson is always on-time and the staff and is so nice. It is a family practice, so you really feel taken care of when you go in there. He also takes my insurance and I have switched several times, but they have accepted them all. The customer service here is outstanding. - TJM more

Dr. Branson and his staff are so wonderful! I am so thankful to have found a dentist that is quick, knowledgeable, and does not overtreat! I had been to a dentist that said I needed all this elaborate work done, when I went to Dr. Branson he assured me it wasn't that extensive. It turned out I really just need a couple of fillings, and he did them painlessly! more

I've been seeing Dr. Branson for 7 years and am thrilled that he is so close to both my home and work. He's gentle, friendly and most importantly, has been ON TIME for every appt. I've ever had. His dental hygienists also go out of their way to be kind and friendly. Why would you stop seeing a great dentist because you think his receptionist/wife has an attitude? Get over it! Not only does she have difficult patients to deal with on a daily basis, she's got insurance companies to deal with!? more

dr branson & his wife (office manager) have treated myself,husband and kids. wouldn't trade his skill or her insurance knowledge or the sweet staff !! more
