Service Support - Recalls 10/7/2014

When saddled with a huge potential service bill, I found a potential recall and asked Service for help/verification. I was told there's no recall & I could call myself. I did call the 1-800# Customer Svc and found there is a recall pending and received instructions on what to do now to aid. Brandywine Svc was NOT helpful and misguided. It only would have taken literally 2 min to gain my busn and support through a little research. Instead $1000s lost in potential busn with this dealership (future servicing and sales). Your loss! more

Changed price after i arrived 8/5/2014

I called and got a price for a Diesel Oil change. IT was a couple of buck cheaper than a closer dealer, so i made the appointment. When i got there they raised it by over 50$ and said that's what it was now, so i walked out, i will not deal with them again. I did ask to talk to a manager, but he was on vacation and the other guy in charge said he couldn't do anything about it. more

Car dealer 12/16/2005

Purchased Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealer. Salesman was very nice and work pretty hard to sell us a car. He even let us use a family member discount. The serivce center is pretty good too. The staff are always courteous when I have been there. The price charge for parts is ridiculous though. Probably the same everywhere. They wanted $15 for a windshield wiper. more

Easy to work with 7/12/2005

We have had great experiences with this dealership. We own a Jeep Wrangler and a Jeep Liberty, both of which were purchased with Brandywine Chrysler. The service and response is very quick and friendly. The sales people are easy to work with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Chrysler brand carr. more
