My late husband started doing business with Harlan over ten years ago, and we've insured our home and cars with him since then. In addition to getting the great rates through State Farm, we have received superb service from both Harlan and his equally competent staff. They have always been very prompt in returning calls (within an hour or so). Just as important (to me), Harlan is an extremely decent and kind person. I've given a lot of referrals, and can't see dealing with anyone else.
