They don't actually perform the inspection 5/18/2010

I have a 2007 Nissan Altima that has received by the book scheduled maintenance from the dealer. The reason I have the dealer perform the maintenance was that I was under the assumption that they provided the proper maintenance and inspections and that this would result in avoiding any costly repairs due to lack of maintenance. This would have been the case had they actually been doing the inspection instead of just checking the boxes!! The last inspection showed 50% left on my front brakes, three weeks later the pads completely wear through and result in brake failure in Chicago. Because of this I have to replace everything including the calipers. When I contact the dealership and tell them this while requesting that they only pay for the calipers; they tell me that this was a freak accident and that they had checked everything over. They claim they can't be responsible for what happens since they didn't do the brake job. I would avoid this dealership at all costs! Read the other Reviews and Avoid This Dealer! 9/4/2009

Avoid this dealership and the 2005-2009 Nissan Pathfinder. We were in an accident, which none of our airbags deployed. It has been a nightmare dealing with Nissan and the dealership. We have basically handed over to them our vehicle out of safety concerns after our front end collision. After they had our vehicle for more than a month of repairs and did not inspect the airbag system, we (the consumer) were questioned why we didn't have this done in the first place. It was insulting to our intelligence some of the "logic" Nissan was trying to feed us, but even more disappointing was the overall way this carries on down to their dealership. I could go on, but do yourself a favor and avoid this headache. We have enlisted the help of the DOT with recouping some of our costs. Be warned as we wish we would have read these reviews before dealing Nissan and the dealer service department. more

Will never buy another car here..... 7/7/2009

I went here to buy my first brand new car. Not only did the the tag team of sales guy and sales manager get caught trying to trick me by sending in one to tell me one thing and then he would mysteriously disappear when the other said there was "no way he'd say that" but when I finally signed on the dotted line the sales manager went so far as to insult myself and the moral support I had brought with me. When I brought my car back in for service the first time, not only had they lost my reservation, but they didn't have any loaner cars anymore either so at 7:30 in the morning they connected me with a rental company which incidentally took so long I was late to work. Thanks. Then, something that should have only taken 3 hours or so somehow took close to 48 and the sales guy blamed me for the lost appointment since I made it with service and not him (I don't know why that would make sense) and then wouldn't take my calls inquiring about when it would be done. Don't Waste your Time 2/27/2009

I went into Boucher Nissan (formerly Wilde Nissan) to look at an 09 Murano. I have owned several Nissans in the past and knew what I was looking for and how much it should cost me. The sales rep took forever with the manager to bring me a lease price back and it was extremely high - I even question it and told them exactly why the price was too high compared to my current Murano lease. The rep went back to the sales manager, came back 20 minutes later and told me that was the best that they could do - and I would have to put $800 down plus the first payment. Well, I found a substantially cheaper rate at a different dealership for the exact same vehicle with no money down and a monthly lease rate of 7.5% less. A few days later, the rep called me and told me that his sales manager made a mistake in my favor and this was the best deal that I could get. I never did call them back - why would I ever buy from a company that lacks integrity. Apparently they think that car buyers are no more
