We camped here with children and were flabbergasted (along with all of our camping neighbors) at the extremely prolific p.oak in the camping sites. We literally could not step one foot off the path to the bathroom, for example, or would be thick in P.oak. P.oak EVERYWHERE in all the brush and tres at the site. We have never seen anything like it at a campground. Such a bummer when you travel with children; no one's kids could explore around our site, or even collect a stick or dead leaf for that matter. Ridiculous. We got home today and are praying that none of it came home with us! I would definitely not recommend this park for families, which is a disappointment because it is a beautiful spot.
