Sweet!!! 1/20/2013

My Sunday morning started like everyone's should! On the massage table at The Body Mechanist, under Nichole's hands! Today I had cupping! This method is used to mobilize blood flow in order to promote healing she explained. She also did some deep tissue massage concentrating on my rotator cuff . Today I feel sweet! Nichole never fails to deliver me a relaxed, rejuvenated body! more

I have been looking for someone on or near the Cape for both waxing and massage, and after my first session with Nicole, my search is over. Nicole's techniques for waxing and massage worked perfectly for me. And, the combination of intelligent conversation with my choice of background music completed the experience. Well, I did it. As expected, there were parts that were uncomfortable and slightly embarrassing for me. But Nichole is highly professional. Her manner and knowledge put me at ease. She is quick, efficient and skillful at full body waxing. The best part... my husband loves it! more

I spoke to Nichole about the tremendous pain i have been having. She educated me on Muscle and ligaments and how they work. The area that came up was my latissimus. Almost instantly after massage started we knew this was the area of concern. I felt pain and relief all at one time. There is no one other than Nichole whom I would allow to work on my muscles. Nichole is unbelievably educated about the human body and how it operates. This and her hands and power behind them make her an amazing ! more

38 years experience training and teaching, 30 years getting deep tissue massage, you have a choice drugs, operation, chiropractor or actual repair and maintenance. you will spend $75 on a front end allignment, how about on your one and only body, its just common sense and learning about real deep tissue massage, by the way, Nicole is one of the best around ! Good experience 10/20/2012

This was my very first massage and did not know what to expect. I had physical therapy previously for back pain from a car accident that was effective only temporarily.Nicole arrested any fears that I might have had about the treatment. I already have seen results and will definitely go back for more sessions. Her skill and knowledge is comforting. more

Amazing 6/19/2012

I have had considerable pain and discomfort in my neck and shoulder area for approximately a month now. Yesterday I had a massage which was very intense as I needed some serious work done! Last night I slept like a baby and tonight I feel so relaxed and with out pain! This is all thanks to my body mechanist Nichole Cross! She is AMAZING! Many thanks! more
