I had to file litigation in court to get my money refunded + pain and suffering from their complete incompetence in Laser Tattoo removal. Body Details failed to attend or send representation to either of the court appearances that they were summonsed for. Judgment was decided against them on 6/11/13. I will now have to hire a lawyer to pursue collection of the judgment. I was told by Body Detail that removal of my Black Inc. Tribal Tattoo (no color) was going to be smooth and easy - 9 appointments tops, and that this was so routine. Reaction to each session was a sense of burning, bleeding, and bandaging for days after. I attended 13 laser tattoo removal sessions, over more than 2 years, before the Physician Assistant slipped up and had a moment of honesty; she verbally admitted they will never be able to remove this tattoo. *That was a slip up and at that point they still wouldn't refund my money. My appointments were rushed, they over-book many laser tattoo removals in one weekend per month and move you in and out in 15 minutes or less - they don't take the time to move slowly and do the job right. There was also a rotation of 2-3 Physician Assistants over that time period, they lacked consistency throughout treatment. more

If you are a hairy Italian then let me be the first to tell you that this is the place for you to get laser hair removal. I went to Ideal Image and got 2nd degree burns on my face. I had written off laser hair removal when my daughter came clean and told me that she had her bikini area done here. I gave it a second shot and received amazing results. I am now in the process of having my entire body treated and could not be happier. These guys are true professionals. more

I must say I didn't believe this would work and was scared of the price at first but now.....I couldn't be more excited!!! I am almost hair free!!! It hasn't even been 8 months. I definately think this is for anyone who no longer wants to shave or wax!! so worth it!!! more

I went here for laser tattoo removal first and then went in to get my Bikini line lasered. I had amazing results for both tattoo and hair removal. I have a friend that went to another major chain and she got burned badly when she went in for tattoo removal. Now she has a permanent scar where her tattoo used to be. Body Details has the best lasers as I have seen first had. I only needed 4 treatments to get rid of my Tattoo.... more
