Because Consumer Guide told me the Honda is a great car, I bought it and it IS great. I now have a PRIUS, as well and am terrified to go to Boch Toyota, next door to this rip-off place. I took my Honda in to get new brakes, drive it out and hear a whirring noise that gets louder from the front right tire well, the faster I go. Take it back: ""That's the bearings. That will be $220"". I protest,"" There WAS no sound when I brought it in for new front brakes."" ""Too bad."" I take it to Mass Tire: They say, ""Too bad you didn't have Boch Honda fix these bearings when you had the new brakes put in. They had to go right by them to install the brakes."" That's all I needed: email to National Honda. then finally get a call from Honda Service, ""Bring it in."" They fixed it, but as I drove out, the tape deck wouldn't work (nor does it to this day). I take it back, The tape drive worked fine before I brought it in, but someone sabotaged it in retaliation for my first complaint. Go to Service Manager: Nothing doing. Go to Sale Manager: Nothing Doing. So I just gave up on it. But now I dread ANY dealership owned by Boch, so will be driving to Brockton to get Copeland Toyota to do my service work. At least National Honda is on the ball.
Pros: National Honda will back you up on a legitimate gripe.
Cons: Poor service, poor, apathetic, hypocritical lying management
