Not happy. 1/13/2014

Not very good, they didn't shave the ice off where my windshield wipers were and tried turning them on still and in turn broke my wiper transmission. Then proceeded to fail my inspection due to what they had broken. more

Outstanding service 12/31/2013

I happened upon Bobs Service Center when my Subaru needed a new windshield wiper motor. Although it was further away from home than the Car Store, it was worth the drive. They promptly diagnosed the problem and informed me that they needed to order the part. I had to wait a few days but they ended up getting the part sooner and replaced it a day earlier than expected. When I went to pick up the car, they asked me if I had AAA and I got a 10% discount. Thank you! more

The service was completed and the staff members have good customer service skills and have expertise in their field, however, the prices were more than double another garage for the same service the prior week. I had two tire pressure monitors replaced for the price of one at Bob's. more
