I contacted them to give me an estimate on replacing the rubber roof on my home. Came out a week later looked it over. Received estimate in the mail a fews days later for a Dorme...

I had to call them to replace my roof and they were horrible to deal with. The ladies who answered the phone were extremely rude. I had to call several times until they would give me a straight answer about when they were coming out to do the work. My roof then leaked 6 months after they replaced it and they were once again rude to me on the phone and basically called me a liar. Do not do business with them! Not friendly and do shotty work! more

Roofing estimate, return calls 10/18/2011

I contacted them to give me an estimate on replacing the rubber roof on my home. Came out a week later looked it over. Received estimate in the mail a fews days later for a Dormer, but did not include the flat roof section. So I called and asked to have this confirmed if the estimate included the flat roof, or if it were for just the dormer. Took my phone numbers, and called back in 10 minutes said could not find contract...so I faxed my copy in. Did not get a call back, so I called again (same day) L/M...still no return call. A few days later, I called again,...L/M and still no return call. Waited a couple of days, called again, did get a live person, said who I was, and had been waiting for a follow up call....had no idea who I was. more

Beware!! 8/12/2011

Have had NUMOROUS problems over several years. When you call to address problems the staff is rude and mocking. After trying to fix problems several times and getting no where told them I would be filing a civil suit. The woman on the phone laughed and said "go ahead, we are a big company and know all of the district justices around here." Ummm, what is that exactly supposed to mean?? That they have them in their pocket? Is that what she was trying to insinuate? I would think knowing all the district justices most likely means that they have been taken to court several times already. Doesn't really sound like a good thing. My suggestion is to STAY AWAY!! more

Good quality, fast and efficient 4/16/2010

Bob Sheetz roofing did an excellent job putting on our new roof last summer. We had a tight deadline and Bob and co. made the extra effort to personally delver us samples, get a quote and answer any questions we had about the roofing process. Bob and his team were able to finish the whole roof in just one day and did an excellent job. Since we got the new roof we have had to deal with a lot of severe weather and the new roof has held us and still looks new. Pros: Professional, High quality of work, Great customer service more

so-so workmanship 4/21/2009

New porch roof, not sure they put up flashing between my exisiting roof and the new roof, and now it leaks and there are little pests around where the rotted wood was. I asked them to remove the rotted wood, I was assured they would cut out as much as possible, I feel they take to many shortcuts in the name of profit. Pros: quick to take the job Cons: not sure if that is a good thing refering to the above more

poor work, many calls before returning one 6/4/2008

paid for gutter cleaning only to have wallet cleaned and gutters still clogged and overflowing. wont be in business long with this poor service. Cons: poor work, lousy customer service more

When you need a roof it's never a fun thing. The cost, getting someone to even respond. I found Bob Sheetz Roofing very responsive to any request I had. They got the job done in a timely manner and left a clean site behind. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Their experience shows in the way they handled the job. Thanks! Pros: Quick response, Quality work Cons: none I know of. more

A real shabby company 11/26/2005

I had a roof that did not leak and had no pests, was worn looking and old. I know have a nice looking roof that leaks at the chimney, and the fascia job is exactly as I was assured it would not be. I have not gotten any of my calls returned, and as I pass Bob on the road in his truck he smirks as he drives on to the next poor sap!
