What has happened to service Lake Norman? Boats are expensive, and their owners buy them for recreation. So why the Boat Rack would take advantage of Service Customers is beyond me. But I would strongly suggest NOT taking you boat here for ANY KIND of engine service or the most basic maintenance. IF you do, check their work immediately.\r

I was sold an In Peller, as they suggested it be replaced every year. While, manufacturer suggests every 10 years. An after my first fill up this season, I checked my oil only to find it black. But, I had paid for an oil change. When I called them to inquire, they said that they need an oil change every 30 hours! Manufacturer suggests every 100 hours or once a season! And the worst part- this was our first season with this used boat. And when I checked the oil filter, IT WAS THE ORIGINAL FILTER THAT CAME WITH THE BOAT!!! ( Obvious because the filter was sprayed black like the motor as it goes through the assembly line process) Truly unbe
