I found the vehicle online and communicated w/Cindy for approx two weeks...when finally deciding which car I wanted, Cindy was sensitive to the fact I was driving in from Alabama on a Saturday...She introduced me to Will; we test drove the car I was interested in and I ended up with the same car, but with the moon roof...Will is extremely knowledgeable in the performance, maintenacne and incentives...Ken provided the finance expertise and we were out of the delaership within two hours and on our way back to AL...this is my fourth car I've found online and the best experience by far. more

The sales staff has been completely turned over since my last purchase, and for me the difference was like night and day. I decided to give them a second chance and am so glad I did. Amy and Jessica were patient with my multiple weekends of tire-kicking, and Jason was the antithesis of the ""let me go ask my manager"" sales manager. more

RUN!! I just took my vehicle there for repairs.. The rep told me that i needed a termostat sensor to keep the car from over heating.. So i requested the repairs and low and behold the next day my car overheats. I never had this issue before I took the car in and now i'm told that i have to pay $400+ additional to have this issue corrected.. My original bill was $1000+ dollars now they are asking for more $$$ Ive dealt with GLOBAL imports MIni on mulitple occasions and have NEVER had any issues.. NEVER AGAIN will i go to MINI of South Atlanta.. I had my reservations due to a BMW service issue before but decided to give the Mini Dept the benefit of the doubt... guess you should go with your 1st Gut!!! THUMBS DOWN!! more

We have tried other BMW dealers for our service but always end up making the long drive to Joneboro in order to get the right treatment. They do not over charge for their services and will always (in my experience) tell me if I really need a particular repair, rather than advising me to purchase un-needed repairs. more
