Repair of heater controls that were damaged by dealer's service department 3/2/2017

Mario did a great job troubleshooting and repairing the heater controls. I had a Subaru dealer replace a recalled airbag. As a result the dealer's service people damaged the controls. I had previously had services by Mario. So, I was confident that he would do a good job repairing the damage. I am glad that I took it to Blossom Valley Valero. more

Leaking radiator fluid. 2/19/2017

I went into Blossom Valley Valero with a leak in the engine compartment of radiator fluid and it was also leaking into the interior onto the carpet on the passenger side. Mario know immediately what the problem was at was able to fix it quickly. Blossom Valley Valero is always there for me! more

SUV Repair Jan 2017 2/3/2017

My 1999 Dodge Durango was making a loud humming/groaning sound when I accelerated. Mario was kind enough to go on a test drive to evaluate. He thought it was a bearing going out in the rear axel. Made an appointment for the repair. Once he started working on it, he determined that the noise was coming the differential. He arranged to have a colleague do the repairs and drove my SUV there. Repair was done in less than two business days. Thank you Mario for helping me get back on the road safely!!!! more

A Reliable Service Facility 1/27/2017

I took my 4 Runner in for service and during the course of it the valve covers were found to beginning leak oil. I gave them authorization to replace them. The job was done promptly and I got my vehicle back the same day . more

Mario has been maintaining our vehicles since we moved to Morgan Hill three years ago. It has been worth the drive. We can always depend on reliable service and a quick turn-around. Even though one of the vehicles is a fleet vehicle with all maintenance paid for by the leasing company, they have always been sensitive to cost. more
