Kevin Wheaton just left after coming from Carver to the Cape for the third time for minor adjustments to the blinds he installed for us last summer. I have been getting my blinds from The Blind Store for maybe 8 or 9 years. I have looked around elsewhere to see what they have at other places, and no one compares. I think they offer a great a product and their service is incredible. I cannot speak highly enough about them. The thing that most impressed me: If Kevin says he is going to be there at, say, 11:00, but he is running 10 minutes late, he will call you before 11:00 to let you when he will be there. I was introduced to The Blind Store many years ago when I used to do all of the corporate construction and remodeling for a local bank. They always met our needs, which is why we continued to use them, and eventually I started using their service for my own home as well as work in my friend's home. They are prompt and timely: If they guarantee that something will be ready at a certain time, it will be. In terms of installation, The Blind Store pays attention to details and, if anything ever need needs to be corrected, they come back and repair it, no question. I cannot really think of any work they did for my home that needed to be fixed, and there were never any surprises, which I appreciated.
