I love Black Star Espresso. They are THE alternative to big chains such as Tully's and Starbuck's. Their coffee and blended drinks are to die for! Some of them are more like desserts rather than the typical morning coffee, such as the ""5 Star"". Their staff are friendly and hardworking, managing to get your order and on your way quickly even in rush hour. If you've never been to Black Star, I highly recommend trying their drinks at least once. Don't hesitate to ask for a suggestion. The staff are very helpful when you're indecisive! If you're into soy products/a vegan, I recommend trying their Vegan Blended Spiced Chai with non-dairy whipped cream; creamy and dreamy~!
