Avoid doing business with Bil-Ray home improvement. I found the technicians to be helpful and hardworking but the management are horrible. They lie repeatedly about when someone will show up. They lie about having the parts needed to do the job. Much of the time you must speak with an answering machine and then your call is not returned. They took the completion money from the finance company before they ever started the job. I spent 10 days with out a shower. They finally installed the tub but I am without the wall unit & have spent 3 weeks with a leak in the shower diverter. That means I can not have water on in the bathroom and must flush my toilet by carrying buckets of water from the kitchen. I can not warn you enough to stay away from these losers.
