Good place to work out; bad when you try to get out 2/17/2011

This is a great gym to work out. It is clean; they got delicious shakes and the staff are cordial. Unfortunately, I have to cancel due to a move to another country. At the beginning I was told that cancellation was going to be a breeze and that all I have to do is to provide a proof of my new address. I have been trying to cancel ahead of time to avoid being charged but they are telling me that it would take 4 weeks after I submit proof of my new address. So either way, you are still going to get charged even though you give them notification and proof of new address ahead of time!! more

Been a member of Big Sky for a few months now and have nothing but great things to say. The place is clean, staff if friendly and very helpful, and the classes are fantastic. They have so many to choose from and they don't charge extra for stuff like yoga. I worked with one of their trainers and I've already lost 15 pounds in the past two months ! You have to check this place out.? more

Find a gym that honors its agreements! 7/27/2010

Once you sign the membership agreement, it is impossible to get out even for the legitimate reasons (as per the agreement). I bet you do not need more aggravation in your life!!! Why pay, to get screwed? The guys manning the frontdesk are clueless and will tell you anything to get your signature on the membership agreement. more
